I was an out of state client looking for a property in an area of which I had limited first hand knowledge. I found Holly to be very knowledgeable of her territory and able to give me her nuanced opinion of the towns I was considering. We had a thousand miles between us and an hour’s time difference, but I had no difficulty reaching Holly anytime I needed her. She checked out properties on my behalf, sent me photos and gave her honest assessment of what she saw. When I visited the area twice in person, she had properties scheduled for me to see and made excellent use of my limited time in the area. With Holly’s help, I found an excellent property. I highly recommend Holly. She works hard for her clients.

Holly helped me sell my parents home which wasn't easy as I was the conservator for the estate. She worked with the lawyers, title 5 repair company as well as mold abatement company. Holly basically did everything for me which was great because of the difficulty of selling the family home was getting to me. She if a wonderful person and a friend for life

Holly was very informative, guiding me through the home buyer steps for buying a new house. Holly is connected with a lot of people in the "know" and has immense knowledge of what is out there for sale. She knows a lot of the local areas, like if certain houses would be prone to getting flooded during storms. Her company helped me purchase a home and it never made it "to be listed". I can’t say enough how great our experience was with Holly. We were at our home for 40 yrs plus and it was the first time for us selling a home. With no experience and knowledge of what to do or how to proceed we followed Holly’s lead. She was always available for our questions or our needs.
Her knowledge of real estate is phenomenal. She listed our home on Friday and was sold by Monday above the listing price. Such a smooth experience from start to finish . This area is lucky to have such a great Real Estate Agent like Holly Bronhard .

I was referred to Holly by a family member who knows her. Wow what a great referral that was! Holly helped my father find his new home and we couldn’t be happier.
